CleanSpace respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, processed, and protected when you use CleanSpace.

1. Our Privacy Approach

CleanSpace is a storage and file management tool that helps you clean storage space, organize photos, convert file formats, compress files, and protect private content.

Whenever possible, these functions are performed directly on your device. CleanSpace only accesses content that you select or authorize through iOS permissions.

2. Content You Allow Us to Access

Depending on the features you use, CleanSpace may request access to:

Photos and videos you select or authorize;
Files and folders selected through the iOS file picker;
File information such as name, format, size, creation date, and storage location;
Storage information needed to identify large, duplicate, or unnecessary content.

You may grant limited or full photo access through iOS settings. CleanSpace does not access content outside the permissions you provide.

3. Local Processing

Storage scanning, photo organization, file compression, format conversion, and private content management are designed to be processed locally on your device.

Your files, photos, and videos are not uploaded to our servers unless CleanSpace clearly informs you and obtains your permission before using a feature that requires online processing.

Temporary files created during conversion or compression are stored locally and may be removed automatically after processing or when you clear them from the App.

4. Privacy Protection Features

Content placed in a protected area remains stored on your device unless you choose to export or synchronize it using another service.

If you enable Face ID or Touch ID, biometric authentication is handled by Apple and your device. CleanSpace does not receive, collect, or store your facial data, fingerprints, or biometric templates.

You are responsible for keeping your device password and any access code used in CleanSpace secure.

5. Limited Information We May Receive

CleanSpace may process limited information necessary to operate and improve the App, including:

Device model, operating system version, app version, and language;
Crash reports and technical performance information;
Subscription or purchase status provided by Apple;
Information you voluntarily provide when contacting support.

CleanSpace does not collect your precise location, contacts, payment card details, or biometric information.

6. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

Provide storage cleaning and file management features;
Process files selected for conversion or compression;
Protect content stored in the private area;
Restore and verify purchases;
Diagnose crashes and improve performance;
Respond to support requests;
Prevent fraud, misuse, or security threats;
Comply with applicable legal obligations.

7. Sharing and Third-Party Services

CleanSpace does not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your files, photos, or videos for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Limited information may be processed by:

Apple, for App Store purchases, subscriptions, iCloud, and system permissions;
Technical service providers that support crash reporting or app operation;
Legal authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law.

Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies. CleanSpace only shares information necessary for the relevant service.

8. Data Retention and Security

Files processed and stored locally remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall CleanSpace, or remove them through iOS.

Support messages, purchase records, and limited technical information may be retained only for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, or maintain security.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

9. Your Choices and Control

You may:

Change photo and file permissions in iOS Settings;
Delete temporary or generated files within CleanSpace;
Remove content from the protected area;
Disable Face ID or Touch ID;
Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings;
Contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information we control.

Removing permissions may prevent some features from working properly.

10. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated when CleanSpace changes its features, data practices, or legal obligations.

You are responsible for reviewing the latest version of this Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of CleanSpace after an update becomes effective means that you accept the updated Policy.
