Welcome to CleanSpace. This User Agreement governs your access to and use of CleanSpace. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use CleanSpace.
CleanSpace is a storage and file management tool that provides features such as storage scanning, file cleaning, photo organization, format conversion, file compression, and privacy protection.
Certain features may depend on your device model, operating system, available storage, permissions, or subscription status.
CleanSpace grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's applicable usage rules.
CleanSpace is licensed, not sold. You may not:
These restrictions apply except where prohibited by applicable law.
You retain ownership of the files, photos, videos, and other content you process through CleanSpace.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to access, organize, convert, compress, export, or delete such content. You must not use CleanSpace to process content that violates applicable laws or the rights of another person.
You are responsible for reviewing selected content before deleting, replacing, compressing, or converting it.
Storage scanning and cleaning suggestions are provided for convenience and may not identify every unnecessary, duplicate, or large file. CleanSpace does not guarantee that deleted or overwritten content can be recovered.
You should create backups of important files before using cleaning or file-processing features.
Conversion and compression results may vary depending on the original file, format, device performance, and selected settings.
CleanSpace does not guarantee that every format will be supported or that converted and compressed files will retain the exact quality, metadata, layout, or compatibility of the original files.
Privacy protection features are intended to reduce unauthorized access but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your device password, app access code, and biometric settings. If you lose access credentials, some protected content may become inaccessible or unrecoverable.
The processing of personal information is also governed by the CleanSpace Privacy Policy.
CleanSpace may interact with Apple services or third-party storage services that you choose to use. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
CleanSpace is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or performance of third-party services.
We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature of CleanSpace when reasonably necessary.
Updates may be required for security, compatibility, or continued operation. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on all devices or operating system versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanSpace is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every file or device. Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CleanSpace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from:
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.
You may stop using CleanSpace at any time by deleting the App.
Your right to use CleanSpace may be suspended or terminated if you seriously or repeatedly violate this Agreement, misuse the App, interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute handling will remain effective after termination where applicable.
This Agreement may be updated to reflect changes to CleanSpace, legal requirements, or business practices.
You are responsible for reviewing the latest version. To the extent permitted by applicable law, continued use of CleanSpace after an updated Agreement becomes effective means that you accept the updated terms.
This Agreement is between you and CleanSpace, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for CleanSpace, its content, maintenance, support, warranties, or related claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce the applicable provisions against you after you accept them.
Your use of CleanSpace must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and any other applicable Apple rules.
When choosing a subscription, please review the features covered, payment frequency, and total price shown at checkout. Any special offer will also specify its eligibility conditions, duration, and the charges that apply afterward. All App Store subscription payments are collected by Apple through your Apple Account.
Each subscription renews for another billing cycle automatically. If you do not wish to continue, cancel through your Apple Account's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current cycle or trial ends. Stopping use of the App, including uninstalling it, does not stop recurring charges.
Once a trial or discounted period finishes, the regular subscription price disclosed at enrollment applies unless you have cancelled in time. For purchases billed by Apple, refund applications should be directed to Apple and are assessed according to its refund rules and applicable law.
